MMUST’s Directorate of Postgraduate Studies (DPS) hereby informs the University community that Rashid Mutacho Wasike-LAL/G/01-52394/2018 of Language and Literature Education (LLE) department, has today, 15th March, 2022, successfully defended his Thesis titled ‘Functional Approaches to Translation of English Advertisements into Lubukusu in Sulwe FM Radio Broadcast.’
The academic exercise, which took place at ABA 415, involved; external and internal examiners, Dean, School of Arts and Social Sciences (SASS), School Graduate School Committee (SGSC) Chairperson, Departmental Graduate School Committee (DGSC) Chairperson, Chairman of LLE department as well as the candidate’s supervisors.
Please note that prior to the defense, the above mentioned candidate’s thesis was examined and reports from both external and internal examiners received by the DPS office.
