Mr. Tony Khaoya Barasa of Reg. No. CDM/G/14-70194/2021 has successfully defended his Master's thesis today, 6th February 2024. The named candidate’s thesis titled ‘The Nexus between Deviant Behaviour among Students and Recurrent Fire Disasters in Public Schools’ was examined and reports from all examiners were received by the Directorate of Postgraduate Studies headed by Prof. Stephen Odebero.

His supervisors were the Dean of the School of Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance Dr. Ferdinand Nabiswa and Dr. Maurice Pepela.
